Areas not disclosed during quotation require treatment.
Unless otherwise stated, quotations remain valid for the period specified on the quotation.
Booking and Appointments
Appointments are scheduled based on technician availability.

Inform us of any hazards, pets, or special access requirements before the appointment.
If access is unavailable when our technicians arrive, a call-out fee may apply.
Customer Responsibilities

Provide safe access to treatment areas.

Pest Control Results

However, customers acknowledge that:
Pest control results depend on many factors, including infestation severity, environmental conditions, sanitation practices, structural conditions, and cooperation with our recommendations.
Some pests require multiple treatments before complete control is achieved.
New infestations may occur after treatment due to factors beyond our control.
Accordingly, we cannot guarantee permanent elimination of pests after a single treatment unless explicitly stated in writing.
Follow-Up Treatments
Certain pests—including termites, bed bugs, rodents, cockroaches, fleas, and stored product pests—may require scheduled follow-up visits.
Where follow-up services are recommended, customers are encouraged to complete the treatment programme to achieve the best possible results.
