Service Fees

Once a pest control service has been completed, service fees are generally non-refundable, as the treatment has already been carried out and the associated labour, products, transportation, and professional expertise have been provided.

Eligibility for Refunds

A refund may be considered in the following circumstances:

  • You were charged incorrectly due to a billing or administrative error.

  • A duplicate payment was made for the same service.

  • The scheduled service was cancelled by Watamu Pest Control and could not be rescheduled.

  • A refund has been approved by management after reviewing the circumstances.

Situations Where Refunds Will Not Be Issued

Refunds will generally not be provided if:

  • The treatment has already been completed.

  • Pest activity continues immediately after treatment where follow-up time is required for the treatment to take full effect.

  • The customer declines recommended follow-up treatments or maintenance services.

  • The customer fails to follow the preparation or post-treatment instructions provided by our technicians.

  • New pest infestations occur after the initial treatment due to environmental factors or new pest entry.

  • The customer changes their mind after the service has been completed.

Follow-Up Services

Certain pest infestations, including termites, bed bugs, rodents, and cockroaches, may require multiple treatments or scheduled follow-up visits for optimal results. Where applicable, our technicians will explain the recommended treatment programme before work begins.

Cancellations

Customers are encouraged to notify us as early as possible if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

  • Cancellations made before our technicians have been dispatched will not incur service charges.

  • If our technicians have already travelled to your location or arrived on-site, a call-out or inspection fee may apply.

Product Sales

Products purchased separately from our services may only be returned if they are:

  • Unused.

  • Unopened.

  • In their original packaging.

  • Returned within the applicable return period.

  • Not damaged by misuse, improper storage, or customer handling.

Certain products may not be eligible for return due to safety or regulatory requirements.
